I warrant that the Document violates no rights of any third party and that the Producer will be free to show the Document on the Website or in connection with the production, distribution, licensing, advertising, sales, publicizing, soundtrack album, 'making of' documentary, and any other exploitation, including additional shows featuring “The Money Mammals,” in which the same may be used or incorporated at Producer's sole discretion. I acknowledge that Producer shall own all rights in and to the results and proceeds of my Document, including without limitation the copyright therein. I hereby irrevocably assign to Producer any and all rights, title, and interest (including copyright) in and to the Document, in all media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe.
